I friend of mine dies and all I get is this lousy T-Shirt!?!?

Yep. That's what happened two days ago. Well, the friend died a couple of weeks ago, I didn't find out about until I got a parcel in the mail which contained a Hanes Beefy T with a copy of his obituary from Arkadelphia's Siftings Herald screen printed on the front and on the back, the words: "My friend went to hell and I'll I got was this lousy T-Shirt."

There was no accompanying note. Very mysterious. I hadn't heard from my friend since our operational parameters diverged, it had been seven months. I read and reread the obit trying to figure out who I could contact that would know more details of his demise and, more importantly, who would send me such a crass memento of his death. The obit listed a few survived by type people, nobody I had ever heard my friend mention. One weird thing though, he wore a wedding band on his left ring finger and I know that I heard him say that he had a wife, but there was no mention of a wife in the obituary.

The list of survivors included the following relations:

-Cousin
-Step Sister
-Great Uncle

What kind of list of survived by's is that?

I tried to look up their contact info but it doesn't seem as though they have homes or phones. So, if anyone knows anyone who recently died that was from Arkadelphia, AR, please let me know.

My friend's initials were D.H.

Godspeed D.H., I'll miss ya.
